Acts 4:32-37


Acts 4:32 – (The Church must operate in the Power of Unity having one heart and one soul toward the vision having all things in common concerning the mission)

32. Now the multitude of those who believed were of one heart and one soul; neither did anyone say that any of the things he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common.

Acts 4:33 – (The Apostle is a church planter (Ex. Paul) called to do the work of ministry to spread the gospel of the glorious power of Jesus Christ)

33. And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And great grace was upon them all.

Acts 4:34 – (Christians are ordained to be wealthy, to have both lands and houses to offer unto God’s work/Church as they also live a prosperous life)

34. Nor was there anyone among them who lacked; for all who were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold,

Acts 4:35 – (The People of God took care of the Man of God (Apostle or Pastor) first and then took care of their house)

35. and laid them at the apostles' feet; and they distributed to each as anyone had need.

Acts 4:36 – (The Feet of the Preacher is precious in the sight of God because the call of carrying the Gospel from people to people comes with great blessings and with great opposition to which it is holy and customary to lay money at the Apostles feet)

36. And Joses, who was also named Barnabas by the apostles (which is translated Son of Encouragement), a Levite of the country of Cyprus, 37.having land, sold it, and brought the money and laid it at the apostles' feet.
